Puerto Morelos

The condo is a short walk either on the beautiful white sand beach or down a street to the numerous and varied restaurants in Puerto Morelos including the famous leaning lighthouse that is symbolic of the town. There is live music at various nearby places.

Most everything on the port side of Puerto Morelos is within a 15 minute walk either on the beach or on sidewalks. Collectivos stop all over town and are very inexpensive. Taxis are available on the town square, by calling or just waving them down. If you rent a car, there is a designated spot in front of the condo to park a rental car.

The condo is almost at the end of the main road of Puerto Morelos. On this street there are lots of restaurants very few minutes away from the condo. Around the new town square are further very well restaurants. We recommend the following:

The whole area around Puerto Morelos is a national park and the beach is therefore not built up with skyscraper hotels and everything as very natural.

The natural coral reef is about 300 meters away from the beach and boats bring you from the dock right beside the town square to the reef.
